Registration Guidelines

01 Registration Process

   Notify Us Immediately

   Inform the organizing team after completing your registration with payment details.

2. 02

   Email Proof of Payment

   Send the scanned copy of the payment receipt via email.

3. 03

   No Paper Modifications

   No changes will be accepted after the final submission deadline.

4. 04

   One Author per Registration

   Each registration allows only one author or co-author.

5. 05

   Late Registration

   Contact the coordinator immediately if registering after the deadline.

6. 06

   Registration Form

   Download, complete, and send the form to info@wcmri.in.

Journal submission. Additional charges are applicable for Scopus publication (T&C apply).

02 Deliverables

Every registered delegate receives:

• Handbook
• Conference Kit (Bag & Printed Program)
• Conference Proceedings
• Abstracts on USB Key
• Conference Lanyard
• Notepads & Pen

03 Cancellation / Refund Policy

Due to advance commitments for venue, printing, shipping, and accommodation, the following refund policy applies:

Transfer Policy

• Registration may be transferred to a colleague or friend.
• The certificate will be issued in your name to the attending participant.
• Registration may be transferred to another IFERP event.

Note. Refund processing takes 2–4 weeks after the conference (transaction charges excluded).

04 Visa Information

Visa Support

IFERP Academy will not contact embassies or consulates.

Visa Type

Delegates must apply for a Business Visa only.

Visa Denial Policy

The cancellation policy applies; no refunds will be issued.
